Quiche Rounds

Quiche Rounds is a home-style recipe made with Grated Jack Cheese, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Green Chilies, Eggs, Sour Cream, and Cumin Corn Tortillas Black Olives Tomatoes. Serves 1.

• 1.5 cup Grated Jack Cheese
• 1.0 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1.0 can Green Chilies
• 3.0 Eggs

   Cut small rounds out of tortillas the size of muffin tin just to fit in bottom.

   Sprinkle Jack cheese and half of Cheddar over rounds. Sprinkle chilies over ch
