• 0.5 cup Karo Light Or Dark Corn Syrup
• 0.3333 cup Evaporated Milk
• 16.0 oz Semisweet Chocolate
• 2.0 tsp Vanilla

   In 2-quart saucepan stir corn syrup and milk. Add chocolate. Stirring constantly, cook over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted.

   Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla; add confectioners sugar.
