Raspberry Cake

Raspberry Cake is a home-style recipe made with White Cake Mix With Pudding, Raspberry Flavor Gelatin, Frozen Raspberries, Eggs, Vegetable Oil, and Hot Water Frosting. Serves 15.

• 1.0 pkg Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
• 1.0 pkg Frozen Raspberries

Méthode (aperçu)

   Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. In large bowl, combine dry cake mix and gelatin. Add raspberries with juice, eggs, oil and water; beat until well blended, about 3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool.

   For frosting, in small bowl, fold raspberries and juice into whipped topping. Spread over cake. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
