Method (preview)

   Of bacon drippings until crisp-tender. Add chopped tomato; stir, cooking, about 5 mins. Sprinkle on crushed crackers. Blendlightly. Cook about 5 mins.

   Reduce heat.

   Blend lightly until egg begins to congeal.

   Shape into a flat mound.
