Ingredients

• 1.5 cup Whipping Cream
• 3.0 tbsp Unsalted Butter
• 22.0 Squares Semisweet Chocolate Coarsely Chopped

   Combine whipping cream and butter in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring often. Place chocolate in a large bowl; pour whipping cream mixture over chocolate, and let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
