Method (preview)

   Preheat oven to 375F.

   Prick crust and bake for 7 minutes.

   Fill pie shell with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese.

   Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.

   Bake 40 minutes.

   Allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
