- 8.0 stalk Rhubarb Cut Into Lengths
- 8.0 cup Water
- 0.3333 cup Sugar

Place the rhubarb and water into large pot, bring to a boil, and

simmer for 1 hour. Strain the liquid, add the sugar (more or less
to taste), and serve iced with a mint sprig.
