Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

About 9 or 10 PM the night before. Place turkey in covered roasting pan with all ingredient and place in hot oven and cook for 1 hour. Turn heat off and leave in oven until morning. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING THE NIGHT.
This is for any size turkey.
