Roll, Chowning's

• 4.0 lb Bread Flour
• 1.0 tbsp Salt
• 2.0 Tbsps Instant Yeast
• 2.0 cup Warm Water

   Mix the flour, salt and yeast. Add water, oil and the egg whites. Mix to a well-developed dough.

   Let rest for 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and let rest for one more hour. Form dough into 3 to 4 oz rolls.
