• 2.0 lb Red New Potatoes Medium Size Scrubbed Quartered
• 2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1.0 tsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary Or Dried Rosemary
• 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

   Preheat oven to 350F Toss together potato quarters, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in large roasting pan to coat potatoes evenly with oil and seasonings. Roast potatoes in 350F oven 45 minutes, until tender; turn potatoes over halfway through cooking.
