- 5.0 tbsp Meringue Powder
- 0.5 cup Minus Water Or
- 2.0 Egg Whites
- 0.5 tsp Cream Of Tartar

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

Place all the ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat
- 2
slowly until they are blended. Then beat at medium speed until icing
forms stiff peaks, about 5 minutes. Add more sugar if the icing is not
