• 120.0 g Semi Sweet Chocolate
• 15.0 ml Whipping Cream
• 30.0 ml Rum
• 180.0 g Icing Sugar Sifted

   Over slow heat, melt the chocolate and stir in cream and rum.

   Beat in the icing sugar until mixture is fairly stiff.
