Sand Tarts

Ingredients

• 1.0 Egg
• 0.25 cup Sugar
• 0.5 cup Ground Pecans
• 0.25 cup Margarine

Method (preview)

   Combine egg, sugar and ground pecans.

   Work margarine with a spoon until fluffy and creamy, then combine with the nut mixture and mix well. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Press through cookie press onto greased cookie sheet., place a pecan half on top of each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
