Ingrediënten
- 0.25 cup Bread Crumbs Dry Ts Ground
- 0.125 tsp Allspice Ground Ts Salt
- 0.5 cup Vinegar Ts Ginger Ground
- 2.0 tbsp Unbleached Flour
Bereiding (voorbeeld)

Mix beef, milk, crumbs, cloves, allspice, salt and pepper. Form into

meatballs. Brown meatballs in hot oil. Drain off fat. Add 1 cup water,
vinegar, ginger, bay leaf, and brown sugar. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
