Saute sausage until it crumbles. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; beat for 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the sausage, breadcrumbs and cheese. Place half of the sausage mixture in a casserole dish.
