Ingredients

• 1.5 cup Marinara Sauce
• 1.0 stick Butter
• 3.0 Large Shallots Minced
• 5.0 clove Garlic Minced

Method (preview)

   Mix Marinara sauce, wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Saute shallots in butter. Add minced garlic, continuing to saute but not allowing garlic to brown. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add finely minced fresh parsley.

   Serve over pasta for an entree or with a toasted baguette slice for an appetizer.
