Sen. Expert Chili

Sen. Barry Goldwater's Expert Chili comes together with Coarsely Ground Beef, Dried Pinto Beans, Tomato Paste, Chopped Onions, and Hot Unspiced Chili Powder. Serves 1. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Ingredients

• 1 can
• 2 cup
• 3 tbsp
• 1 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Crumbly, Drain off drippings, if needed.

   Add tomato paste, onions and drained beans.

   Mix chili powder, cumin and season to taste with salt.Stir into mixture.

   Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until beans are tender, about 5 hours.
