- 1.0 cup Thinly Sliced Onions
- 1.0 cup Grated Carrots
- 0.5 tsp Salt

Mix together the potatoes, onions, carrots, salt and pepper. Mix and add

the cream. Place in a generously buttered pudding dish. Dot with the
butter. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
