Simply The Best Chocolate Brownies is a home-style recipe made with Unsalted Butter, All Purpose Flour, Cocoa, Baking Powder, Salt, and Unsweetened Chocolate. Serves 1.

• 4.0 tbsp Unsalted Butter
• 0.25 cup All Purpose Flour
• 2.0 tbsp Cocoa
• 1.0 tsp Baking Powder

Méthode (aperçu)

   Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Melt butter and chocolates in double boiler, stir until smooth. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla until thickened, mix in chocolate mixture, then fold in sifted flour etc, then fold in sour cream.

   Use uncooked in Death By Chocolate with Mocha Mousse, or bake like regular brownies.
