Skillet Cabbage

Skillet Cabbage is a home-style recipe made with Vegetable Oil, Cabbage Finely Shredded, Celery Chopped, Green Pepper Small Chopped, Onion Small Chopped, and Salt. Serves 4.

• 2.0 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 3.0 cup Cabbage Finely Shredded
• 1.0 cup Celery Chopped
• 1.0 Green Pepper Small Chopped

   Heat the oil in a large frypan about 20 minutes before serving time. Add ingredients and cook over medium to low heat about 15 minutes. Stir often. Cover pan during the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Stir once or twice. Serve immediately. (Vegetables will be crisp.)
