Soda Cracker Pie

Soda Cracker Pie is a home-style recipe made with Baking Powder, Sugar, and Vanilla.

   Beat egg whites until stiff; add baking powder.

   Add sugar slowly then add the vanilla.

   Mix this with the cracker crumbs and pecans and pour into a 9 inch greased pie pan.

   Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

   Let cool and top with sweetened whip cream or cool whip.
