Sour cream potato casserole

A home-style Sour cream potato casserole made with Frozen Hash Brown, Oleo, Onion Chopped, Sour Cream, and Chicken Soup. Serves 1. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

Method (preview)

   Cut small slit in the top of potato pkg. Put on paper towel in microwave cook on high 15 min. put oleo in large glass bowl m.w.

   1 min. Add, onion, cook 4 minutes.

   Add soup, sour cream and cheese.

   Mix and add potatoes.

   Pour into 2 medium size casseroles or 1 large and cook about 7 minutes in microwave or until bubbly or if cold, cook about twice as long
