• 2.0 cup Cornmeal
• 1.0 cup Boiling Water
• 2.0 tsp Baking Powder
• 1.0 tsp Salt

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Blend eggs, buttermilk, shortening and baking powder. when cornmeal is cool add milk mixture and thoroughly blend.

   Pour in a well greased pan and bake 25 minutes in moderately hot oven.
