- 1.0 Serving Spaghetti Mix In
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2.0 tbsp Butter Buds
- 1.0 lb Nonfat Cottage Cheese

Line "crust" with non-fat cottage cheese (I use a whole lb. carton)

Top w/meatless spaghetti sauce (however much it takes to cover well)
I make my sauce from scratch without any added oil by sauteeing the onions,
