Method (preview)

   Peel potatoes and shred in blender (I would put in a cuisinart grater) to look like hash browns; rinse with cold water.

   Keep covered with cold water until rea dy to use.

   Cook celery and onion in small amount buffer until tender.

   Cook on medium heat until whi te sauce is thick.

   Add chicken broth to white sauce mix until dissolved.

   P ut into greased 9Xl 3 pan.

   Sprinkle 1 cup cheddar cheese on top of casserole.
