• 2.0 Frozen Spinach
• 1.0 lb Bacon
• 0.3333 cup Vinegar
• 1.0 Large White Onions

   Fry bacon till crisp, drain and crumble, set aside.

   Reserve enough bacon fat to brown onion, then dump in spinach, vinegar, sugar and crumble bacon. Bring to a boil. simmer 30 minutes. Garnish with 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped.
