• 2.0 pkg Frozen Spinach
• 3.0 T Minced Onion

   Make a roux with onion, butter & flour. Stir in milk & egg. Add spinach,

   salt and nutmeg. Heat through. Fill crepes, and bake 10-15 min. at 350.
