Ingredients

• 1.5 cup Skim Milk
• 2.0 Eggs
• 2.0 cup Squash
• 1.0 tbsp Brown Sugar Salt And Pepper

   Mash the squash, add milk, sugar, seasonings and beaten egg yolks. Beat egg

   whites and fold in. Place in baking dish and dot with marshmallows.
