Ingredients

• 3.0 Medium Yellow Squash
• 3.0 Egg
• 1.0 cup Self Rising Cornmeal
• 1.0 cup Vegetable Oil Salt To Taste

Method (preview)

   Dip squash into eggs, roll in cornmeal. Drop squash into preheated oil, fry until golden brown. Remove from heat, add salt.
