St.louis' Peanut Butter Cookies

Make St.louis' Peanut Butter Cookies at home with Butter, Peanut Butter, Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar, and Egg. Serves 4. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 1/2 cup

• 1/4 tsp
• 2 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Cream butters, sugars, egg, vanilla and water.

   Sift together remaining dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture.

   Drop by tablespoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet press down with fork dipped in granulated sugar.
