Steve's Meat Loaf

A home-style Steve's Meat Loaf made with Mushroom Soup, Onion Chopped, Bread Crumbs, Canned Mushroom Soup, and Marinara Sauce. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup
• 1/2 cup
• 1/2 cup
• 8 oz
• 1/3 cup
• 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

   Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together well, shap e into loaf and put into a pan.

   If you use a roasting rack instead of a b read pan, the loaf will be less greasy and you can use some of the drippings to make the sauce.

   Bake 20 minutes uncovered at 425 degrees F. Turn down t he oven to 375 degrees F. and continue baking, uncovered, for 55 more minu tes.

   MAKE THE SAUCE: Fry the mushrooms in the drippings and then combine th e drippings and mushrooms with the mushroom soup and sour cream.

   Heat th is mixture in a sauce pan.

   When meatloaf is done, put on a plate, cover w ith sauce, slice and eat.
