Steve's Taco Pie - Steve Filiau is a home-style recipe made with Hamburger, Taco Seasoning, Onion, Corn Salt And Pepper To Taste, and Bc Sour Cream And Chives Potatoes. Serves 4.

• 1.0 lb Hamburger
• 0.5 envelope Taco Seasoning
• 1.0 Onion
• 1.0 can Corn Salt And Pepper To Taste

   * You can use the whole pack, depending on how spicy you want it; I usually use the other half to sprinkle over salads.

   In a skillet, brown the hamburger and drain the fat. Add taco seasoning and onion. Mix in corn, salt and pepper, and simmer for 3 or 4 minutes. Place in casserole dish. Make potatoes per package directions (use both packages for a family of more than 3 people). Add potatoes to the casserole, and serve.
