Strawberries and Creme Fraiche

Method (preview)

   In a chilled bowl, beat together cream, sugar and almond extract until stiff. F old in sour cream until evenly blended.

   Wash and hull strawberries.

   Toss gently in cream mixture and refrigerate.

   To se rve, spoon berries into champagne or sherbet glasses and top each with extra cr eme fraiche and a sprig of mint.
