• 1.5 cup Bran Cereal
• 1.5 cup Milk
• 0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
• 0.5 cup All Purpose Flour

Zubereitung (Vorschau)

   Soak you bran in milk for 15 minutes. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Sift the next 5 ingredients. Stir in the egg and butter, just till blended. Fold in the finely chopped strawberries. Fill paper-lined or Pam sprayed muffin tins full, place a whole strawberry on each muffin, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
