• 1.0 Small Ripe Mango
• 1.0 Jalapeno Chile
• 0.25 cup Red Onion

   Coarsely chop the strawberries and place in a bowl. Add the mango, chile, onion and bell pepper, along with the lime juice, vinegar (if using) and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with mint and toss gently to combine. Taste to adjust seasoning and serve.
