Strawberry Sherbet

Strawberry Sherbet — een communityrecept op Potlikkr.

Ingrediënten

• 2.0 cup Strawberries
• 2.0 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2.0 cup Milk

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Wash and hull the berries. Mash the berries and cook over medium- low heat with the sugar. Bring to a boil, and boil 10 minutes. Puree in a food processor, strain to remove seeds and pulp. Return to a sauce pan, mix in the milk and boil for 5 minutes. Cool and chill. Freeze in ice cream maker according to directions. Makes 6 cups.
