Method (preview)

   Blend butter and sugar.

   Add egg and beat well.

   Add dry ingredients and blend well.

   Roll into 1 ″ rolls and place in waxed paper, chill in refrigerator until firm.

   Slice into 1/2 ″ slices.

   Sprinkle top with sugar and a dash of nutmeg.

   Bake at 350~F for 10-12 min.
