   Combine sugars and sour cream in a large sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugarsmelt.

   Continue cooking without stirring (it will turn sugar if stirred) Let it reach 238 degrees on candy thermometer (or until a little dropped into cold water until makes small ball) Remove from heat.
