- 2.0 tbsp Flour
- 2.0 tbsp Brown Sugar

Cook cabbage in boiling salt water for 7 minutes.

Fry bacon. Remove from pan and add flour and sugar to bacon fat and blanch.
Add water, vinegar and seasoning and cook until thick.
