Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad

Make Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad at home with Cucumbers And Sliced Thin, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, and Pepper Chopped Roasted Peanuts. Serves 6. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Halve lengthwise 2 medium cucumbers (peeled or unpeeled )and slice thin.

   Combine 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

   Pour over cukes and let marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.

   Sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts.
