Sweet And Sour Sauce

Sweet And Sour Sauce comes together with Tomato Catsup, Cornstarch, Brown Sugar, Cider Vinegar, and Soy Sauce. Serves 1. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup
• 2 tbsp
• 2 tbsp
• 3 tbsp
• 1 1/2 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Combine all of the above, making sure the cornstarch is thoroughly dispersed.

   U se this sauce with stir-fried chicken or pork with the appropriate stir-fried v egetables (green peppers, onions, carrots, celery, water chestnuts, tomatoes, w hat-have-you), and the pineapple.

   This is a terrific sweet-and-sour.
