Ingrédients

• 6.0 Boned And Skinned Chicken Breasts Butter
• 0.75 cup Sour Cream
• 2.0 tbsp Honey
• 2.0 tbsp Dijon Mustard Salt And Pepper

Méthode (aperçu)

   In a heavy proof skillet cook the chicken in butter until brown on both sides. Place in the skillet breast side up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place chicken on a hot platter. Place the sour cream in the skillet and scrape skillet. Add the honey and mustard. Serve hot over the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
