Method (preview)

   Mix and sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat oil and sugar together until thick. Add eggs, one a time, and beat well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake in 2 greased 8" round cake pans that are also floured. Bake at 350� for about 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans. Cool on wire racks. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

   Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until light. Add vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar until spreading consistency. Frost cake.
