Sweet baked mango and lime 'bruschetta' is a home-style recipe made with Crusty White Bread, Caster Sugar, and Double Cream.

Zutaten

• 1.0 slice Crusty White Bread
• 1.0 tsp Caster Sugar
• 1.0 tbsp Double Cream

   Dip the slice of bread into the melted butter to coat and place onto a baking sheet. Top with the sliced mango and sprinkle with caster sugar, lime zest and juice. Place into the oven and bake for five minutes.

   Remove from the oven and place onto a serving plate. Drizzle with cream, dust with icing sugar and garnish with lime wedges. Serve immediately.
