• 3.0 tbsp Spicy Tomato Butter

   Combine the barbecue sauce and lemon juice.Marinate tuna in this mixture for 20 minutes.

   Grill tuna over or broil under a hot fire until browned and firm,about 5 minutes per side,basting the tuna with sauce every 2 minutes.Remove tuna to a platter and dollop each piece with 2 teaspoons of the tomato butter.
