• 4.0 sprig Fresh Tarragon
• 1.0 tsp Fresh Dill Leaves
• 0.25 tsp Whole Black Peppercorns
• 1.0 cup White Wine Vinegar

   Bruise all herbs except 1 sprig of the tarragon.
