Chewy Applesauce & Peanut Butter Cookies

Method (preview)

   In small bowl, combine flour, salt and soda; set aside.

   Thoroughly mix together remaining ingredients. Add dry ingredients, mixing until combined. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets coated with no-stick cooking spray.

   Bake in 375 F. oven about 10 minutes or until light golden brown.

   Cool on wire racks. Yield: 5 dozen cookies, 2 1/2-inches in diameter.
