Chicken Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette

A home-style Chicken Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette made with Strawberries, Vegetable Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt, and Pepper. Serves 4. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Ingredients

Method (preview)

   For vinaigrette. In food processor, mix strawberry slices, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until smooth. If not using immediately, cover and refrigerate.

   Arrange lettuce on 4 dinner plates. Top each with chicken, berry halves and cucumber. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
