• 12.0 Ea Poblano Chilies Large Fresh Monterey Jack Or
• 1.0 Ea Garlic Large Halved Ea Eggs
• 0.75 tsp Salt X Crema Fresca
• 1.5 cup Whipping Cream Tb Sour Cream

   Make the Crema Fresca ahead of time: mix Cream and Sour Cream together.

   Cover and let stand at room temp. until thickened, 8 hours or overnight.
