Frosted Peanut Butter Cookies

A home-style Frosted Peanut Butter Cookies made with Margarine Softened, Peanut Butter, Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla. Serves 36. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

Ingredients

• 1/4 tsp

• 1/4 tsp

Method (preview)

   Beat in the eggs one at a time.

   Stir in the vanilla.

   Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

   Gradually blend into creamed mixture.

   Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

   Bake at 375 F. for 10 minutes.

   Cool.

   Spread with the frosting.

   Frosting Melt margarine. Remove from heat. Beat in the sugar and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Stir in the peanut butter.

    If the mixture becomes too thick, add milk or water to give it a spreading consistency.
